Hello! I am teacher Ivan.
I am a Serb and I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am a passionate teacher with 4+ years of teaching experience, both offline and online.
The advantage of taking classes with me is that in addition to English and Serbian, you will also be able to study geography. I consider this a great advantage because geography is interesting in itself, so in addition to knowledge of the language, you will acquire other useful knowledge that will make learning more interesting. Beside textbooks, I love conversations and discussions about some deep topics like philosophy, psychology, self-development, business, etc. Also, any topic where we can discuss a lot is good.我的教學經歷
I have more than 4 years of teaching experience. From 2018 to 2020 I worked as a teacher of programming and robotics for kids (Scratch, Makeblock robots, HTML, and CSS). I also have experience teaching children in kindergartens.
Since 2020 till today, I'm working as an online teacher. I teach Serbian, English, geography and history.我的課程內容與教學風格
In my classes, students are participants in the learning process, not someone who just listened to what the teacher said. My teaching style is based on learning logically that I consider as the most important. Also, I try to explain things in the simplest possible way. For example, If we practice pronunciation, I'll not concentrate only on phonetics and rules—I'll explain in my own way also. I like to give a few examples to show the student more ways to say the same thing. When it comes to teaching geography/history, my style is reflected through discussions, so that the student can come up with answers logically. During this process, the student can learn a lot and gain self-confidence.我的教材
