Hello! If you want to improve your Portuguese speaking skills and feel more confident in conversations, my lessons are perfect for you. My classes focus on natural Brazilian Portuguese, helping students speak more comfortably in real situations. We can talk about many interesting topics such as: brazilian culture, travel, daily life, music, movies and art,news and current events.
My goal is to create a relaxed and friendly environment where students can practice Portuguese without stress.
My name is Max and I’m a Brazilian Portuguese tutor with 9 years of experience on italki, helping students (more than 200) from all over the world improve their communication skil
Teaching languages has always been a passion of mine. I have been teaching Portuguese on italki since 2015, helping students from many countries improve their communication skills.
Over the years I have developed a relaxed teaching style focused on natural conversation and confidence when speaking. My goal is to help students feel comfortable using Portuguese in real situations.
In my tutorials I like to talk about various topics that can be chosen by me or the student themselves. They can be recent topics, such as news, or about Brazilian history or Brazilian curiosities. I try to provide my students with lighter moments where we can talk in a relaxed manner, with only minor corrections, in order to provide a fluid and stress free environment for us both to feel comfortable in.
