Native & Certified Italian Teacher - Students of all Levels I'm Martina, a linguist passionate about language teaching. Linguistics shapes both my personality and lessons. For me, grammar should not be studied mechanic and repetitively. Instead, it must be used as a tool to understand and discover language structures independently. My lessons focus on developing all 4 language abilities: reading, writing, listening and speaking - together with contextual vocabulary, culture, and conversation. Soy Martina, lingüista apasionada por la enseñanza de lenguas. La lingüística da forma tanto a mi personalidad como a mis clases. La gramática no tiene que estudiarse de manera mecánica y repetitiva. Al contrario, debe utilizarse como una herramienta para comprender y descubrir las estructuras del idioma de forma autónoma. Mis clases se centran en el desarrollo de las 4 habilidades lingüísticas: lectura, escritura, comprensión auditiva y producción oral - junto a vocabulario en contexto, cultura y conversación. Sono Martina, linguista appassionata di lingue e insegnamento linguistico. La linguistica plasma sia la mia personalità sia le mie lezioni. La grammatica non va studiata in modo meccanico e ripetitivo. Anzi, va utilizzata come strumento per comprendere e scoprire autonomamente le strutture della lingua. Le mie lezioni si concentrano sullo sviluppo di tutte e 4 le abilità linguistiche: lettura, scrittura, ascolto e produzione orale - insieme a vocabolario contestuale, cultura e conversazione.

Martina is an amazing teacher. She is very responsive to my particular needs and very patient with allowing me the time to put my thoughts together in forming whatever it is I am trying to say. Many instructors just interrupt and interject the correct word or phrase without giving a chance to develop the sentence yourself. Highly recommend Martina.
