Learning a new language can prove very challenging at times, but I aim to make it easier for my students. My plan is to break down complex concepts into simpler terms, providing clear explanations and examples. To effectively support my students, an assessment will be carried out to determine their current proficiency level in their chosen language of study. This will give me a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses are. Additionally, setting specific objectives and goals aligned with their purpose for learning the language will ensure significant progress over a defined period. Alexandra was really welcoming and had a calm, reassuring presence. She came well prepared with materials and was very supportive in helping me understand new vocabulary, phrases, and sounds of the language. She took time at the beginning to gauge my level and did a great job covering the basics while still introducing me to new content. I really enjoyed the lesson and felt comfortable learning with her!
