Lubov

Lubov is a really magnificent teacher. She is professional, friendly, fun and effective and I’m sure she’s one of the best teachers on italki. I finish every lesson feeling inspired, motivated for the next one. 
Her style is an excellent blend of structure and flexibility. On the one side, we work through exercises from textbooks, which teaches me the core grammatical and vocabulary skills. And on the other side, she adapts to my interests, teaching me about everything from street slang to obscure french music and surrealist french films, creating entertaining customised homework or lesson plans to go with it. Thank you for everything! I would enthusiastically recommend her to any student!

Lubov is one of the best teachers that I’ve encountered. The teaching methods that Lubov uses are great, very clear, and concise, with many examples. She makes the process of learning a new language easy and smooth. I really enjoy the textbooks that cover all aspects of language learning. Lubov has a structured, objective-based, yet highly adaptable approach to teaching, which has been extremely effective for me. She always replies to all my questions about the language, and we analyze all the mistakes I made in order to avoid them in the future. I highly recommend Lubov to anyone who wants to improve their language skills or start learning a new language from scratch.

Lubov is the best Russian teacher I've had. Our lessons are focused but never stressful, and I learn things every time we get together. She creates plans that really address my interests and the specific areas I need to improve in Russian. I very much enjoy learning about Russian culture from someone with native knowledge and broad interests. The articles or songs or videos Lubov assigns for homework are always memorable and often surprising and fascinating. I am so happy with my progress in Russian. It's very motivating to feel your vocabulary slowly growing and your speech becoming more and more natural, and to find little difficulty reading many Russian articles. I couldn't have done it without Lubov!

Lubov is very well organised and prepared for every class. She is very friendly and supportive, she provides students with materials and her teaching style is interactive and adapted to the needs of the student. If you are interested in discovering the Russian language I recommend Lubov 100%!
