My name is Mona. I'm a professional teacher of Arabic as a foreign language and a native Arabic speaker with 7 years experience teaching Arabic as a foreign language, I have been teaching students of all levels and all age ranges. I teach Fusha (MSA) and Egyptian dialect.
I like to make my lesson fun and interesting. I enjoy using music and movies as materials of teaching for intermediate and advanced levels.

Mona spent a lot of time and effort preparing a comprehensive test to measure my language ability (speaking, listening etc), so I can measure my current progress and identify areas to focus on in the future. This was really useful for me and I very much appreciate the amount of work Mona does to help me progress in the language.

I have been working with Mona for over six months now and can say that she is an outstanding Arabic teacher. Even though I am a more advanced speaker of Arabic, she guides me through discussions on a variety of topics and always notes ways I can improve. She is patient in explaining subject matter and is innovative in ways to inspire me to learn more. She teaches me both Fusha and Egyptian Arabic and I have learned much by working with her and look forward to every lesson.
