Hello! It’s a pleasure to meet you. 😊
My name is Sofia, and I’m a language tutor. I love teaching, literature, and learning new languages, which is why I’m studying English and Portuguese languages and literatures at university as part of a secondary school teacher training program.
Since 2021, I’ve been teaching English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese to students of all ages. In addition to my literature degree, I am pursuing an online English teaching certificate from Arizona State University. I recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, which qualifies me to teach Business Portuguese as well.我的教學經歷
As a teacher, I believe in creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and take risks in their learning. I focus on creating a balance between speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, ensuring that students develop well-rounded language proficiency. My teaching style is adaptable, allowing me to adjust lessons based on each student's learning pace and preferences. I encourage active participation, feedback, and self-reflection, and I strive to make learning enjoyable while maintaining a professional and supportive atmosphere.我的教材
