Anaís

I'm a student who started out with listening to Spanish comprehensible input for a year, so getting started with speaking had been a hurdle. Anaís is a great teacher, it's wonderful and joyful to work with her. The time flies by and I already see improvements after just 5 sessions.

Anaïs is always positive and makes learning really enjoyable. Lessons are motivating, conversations flow easily, and the mix of materials keeps it engaging. Highly recommended!

Anaís is a wonderful teacher, she's very patient with how nervous I am to speak, and she varies the types of learning activities in a way that challenges me (I've learned and used more Spanish in a few classes than I did in five years of school!). I look forward to continuing!

For anyone looking for a Spanish teacher who is (a) kind, (b) skilled at teaching, and (c) knowledgable about LGBT issues (all of them, not just a subset), I highly recommend Anaís. Our sessions are a mix of instruction, exercises, and conversation. She´s patient with my mistakes, even on my ¨bad brain¨days, and corrects my mistakes without me feeling punished by it. All in all, she´s just a great person to talk to, and learn from!

I had a wonderful first lesson with Anaís! I already have some knowledge of other languages including French, so we were able to make good progress with Spanish. She is very knowledgeable and good at explaining the grammar. I am looking forward to more lessons soon!
