I love to travel and I usually spend my time abroad practising languages or reading. I graduated from the University of Southampton with a BA in Spanish, French, and Arabic, and I'm currently working on my Portuguese, Greek, and German skills. I have recently come back to the UK after spending 4 months in India - who knows where I'll end up next! When I am at home, I enjoy spending time with my partner, eating roast dinners, watching foreign films, and going on dog walks (on the rare occasion that it's sunny in the UK!).我的教學經歷
My first experience teaching was when I was 18 and I worked as a rock climbing instruction. Since then, I worked as a teaching assistant, primarily with SEN students, so I spent a lot of time working in small groups or 1-2-1 and would be happy to tutor anyone with additional needs. I have also spent time working as an Activity Leader at an International Summer School in the UK.
As I said, I've just come back from India where I was teaching English at a school in Kerala. Having had classes of over 40, I loved making classes fun and engaging as well as getting to know my students and practising their English.

I look to focus my lessons on what the student needs, be that speaking, listening, reading, writing or grammar. I use games and quizzes to keep pupils engaged, but aim my activities at the age of my student. My lessons are 1 hour long, including a 5 minute break, and I teach all levels, including Undergraduate or even conversation practice for anyone wanting to improve their English without preparing for an exam. I love helping people prepare for a trip by learning some basic phrases! Homework is optional - if you'd like some extra work to keep practising between lessons, I can provide some but there's never any pressure.我的教材
