我的教學經歷
I have observed that many learners fear public speaking, especially those who are not native Filipino speakers. They often struggle to express themselves confidently. This inspired me to pursue a career in education so I could support them. I firmly believe that strong communication skills are among the most valuable tools we need to unlock countless opportunities. By helping students overcome their limitations and reach what once seemed out of reach, I not only empower them—but also take the opportunity to showcase the beauty of our language and the impact of dedicated educators.

I believe that great teaching isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s flexible, adaptable, and responsive to how students learn best. My teaching style shifts to meet my students where they are, ensuring that each one has the chance to thrive. I embrace technology as a powerful tool to break boundaries and open up new possibilities—for both teachers and learners. At the heart of my approach is Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which celebrates the many ways people are smart and helps me bring out the unique strengths in every student.
