Hi there! I’m Mizue, your Japanese tutor living at the foot of Mt. Fuji! 🗻
I’m a "chocoholic" dancer who loves movies, dramas, and the beautiful nature surrounding my home. My big dream is to one day live in Iceland—if you're curious why, I’d love to tell you the story during our lesson! 🇮🇸
As a lifelong English learner myself, I truly understand the struggles and frustrations of mastering a new language. I know exactly how it feels when you can't find the right words! Professional & Goal-Oriented Teaching Approach
I have been a professional language educator for over 20 years. While I officially began focusing on Japanese instruction in 2024, my extensive background in teaching English allows me to explain complex Japanese grammar using a logical, easy-to-understand English framework. 我的課程內容與教學風格
My Methodology:
The 70/30 Rule: I aim for you to speak 70% of the time. I provide the tools, and you do the "doing" to build muscle memory and confidence.
Comparative Learning: I explain Japanese particles and nuances by comparing them to English structures, making it "click" faster for you.
Customized Materials: I hand-pick the best tools for your goals, including Tsunagu Nihongo, Marugoto, Minna no Nihongo, and many more to ensure the perfect fit for you.
Natural Pronunciation: Using my background as a dancer (rhythm is key!), I help you master the natural pitch and intonation of Standard Japanese.
