Hi! I’m Lina, a bilingual German-English speaker raised in Belgium and Berlin. My multicultural upbringing and graduation from a bilingual school fuel my love for languages—and teaching them! Currently studying Occupational Therapy in Ireland, I blend my learning from therapeutic techniques with language instruction to create personalized, stress-free lessons. Over the past 2 years, I’ve taught German and English to diverse learners—from school students to summer camp kids—adapting to each unique background and goal. As part of my teaching approach, I continuously pull from my knowledge in Occupational Therapy to make each person feel at home.
I am here to support you in your journey of learning German, whether it is out of personal interest, in search of integrating into your environment, being able to talk to family and friends, or other endeavors that I look forward to hearing about.
I dedicate my time to get to know you and your learning goals and the ways you like to learn best to make the most effective use of your time and help you along your language journey.

I offer flexibility in adjusting to your learning preferences. This can range from simple conversation and practice of real-life scenarios relevant to your environment to listening comprehension, grammar, and use of textbook chapters and exercises.
Whether you are a complete beginner, have some experience and want to get more practice, or have taken a long break and are ready to get back into it, I am here to support you to reach your goals!
