My name is Francis, i am a highly motivated ESL teacher and an ambitious medical personnel aspiring to deliver best solutions when faced with any challenge. As a teacher, I am patient, supportive, and result driven. I focus on helping students communicate clearly and confidently by creating a relaxed and encouraging learning environment. I emphasize real life communication, clear pronunciation, and active vocabulary use. With experience teaching bilingual learners, especially Chinese students, I use simple explanations and sometimes mandarin to clarify difficult concepts.
