Hi, my name is Merve. I am a Turkish native speaker. I have been living in the UK for nearly a decade so I am fluent in English. I completed my bachelor's degree in law in Turkiye and practised as a lawyer for a few years. Then, I moved to the UK to study for my master's degree in international law. Also, I have a PhD in environmental law. My hobbies include travelling, reading, learning new languages and training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.我的教學經歷
I have a passion for teaching. I have extensive teaching experience in various settings. I taught languages in the past. I worked as a law lecturer in the UK for several years. I am currently teaching Turkish on Italki. I also teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Overall, I am a competent teacher who can understand the various needs of learners and work towards utilising each student's strength.我的課程內容與教學風格
My previous teaching experience has shown me that every learner has a way of learning that works best for them. I am happy to adjust the style of sessions in line with your goals and preferences. We can focus on Turkish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading and writing. Please feel free to book a trial session with me to find out what works for you. I will provide my own teaching material that will be tailored to your personal needs. We can speak English during the session if you are an absolute beginner in the Turkish language. I can also try to communicate with you in German, Japanese or Korean if it helps during the sessions.我的教材
