Ishtar is a great tutor! She’s always prepared while also being relaxed and approachable! We get in plenty of laughs in addition to learning and practice. I really appreciate her corrections and her patience in giving me a chance to get out my thoughts, even when said thoughts come out a bit clunky. I really feel like I’ve been improving!

I’m so glad I found Ishtar as my guide through the Spanish language. Ishtar is a wonderful, patient, knowledgeable teacher who is very invested in her students. As an educator myself, I really appreciate that she clearly puts a lot of work outside of lessons preparing materials for class and homework specific to her students. She’s helped me learn so much in such a short time, and I look forward to learning more with her!
