Reto is great. He is so patient, pronounces so clearly that could understand with a lot more confidence. He also introduced me a Radio station that I can train listening skills daily. He is very open to talk about his teaching and life experiences, which made me brave enough to open my mouth and challenge myself on topics that I know vocabularies are still missing. That's the right kind of "I am listening and just relax" emvironment I need!
