Frankie is a truly excellent teacher. She is always radiant and brings a lot of good energy. It is a real pleasure to learn English with her. One thing I love about her is that she lets you speak and encourages you, even when it feels difficult at times. She is truly very patient. I never feel any awkwardness during our exchanges. I can clearly tell she is trained to teach English: she will help you correct both your grammar and your pronunciation, with exercises covering writing as well as speaking. She makes me want to work on my English, and for me, that is what matters most.
