I’m Risa, and my goal is to make your Japanese learning experience both exciting and easygoing! - I currently live in Kyoto with my daughter. - Having worked in Bangkok, Thailand, and Bangalore, India, I am happy to conduct our lessons in English. - I also lived in France for about three years. 🌏 Countries I’ve visited : 🇰🇷🇭🇰🇹🇼🇸🇬🇹🇭🇰🇭🇻🇳🇲🇾🇳🇵🇮🇳🇱🇰🇦🇺🇴🇲🇦🇪🇹🇷🇫🇷🇧🇬🇮🇱🇵🇸 I’m passionate about traveling, exploring diverse cultures, and meeting new people. I can’t wait to hear all about you and your home country! I also enjoy walking, sketching, and cooking. I’m also a huge fan of Hong Kong cinema and absolutely love Studio Ghibli! I have been teaching 1-on-1 Japanese classes for over year now, and I truly love it! In our first session, we’ll have a relaxed chat about what you’d like to do and discuss your interests and create a personalized plan just for you. Risa has been very helpful in preparing me for my first trip to Japan. In 7 or 8 lessons we learned the basics of the language, and I created a "cheat sheet" with different categories of words and grammar with many examples. I feel well prepared to begin my journey and continue learning and practicing Japanese. Arigatoo Risa san!
