Florentina Fetahi

I am very excited to do my next lesson with Florentina. She sent me textbooks and told me we would be working on communicating in different scenarios and that she would be assigning some homework to continue learning on my own. I also like how focussed she is on the Gheg dialect specifically as I am studying in order to go to Kosovo. All in all I love the fast paced style and I definitely look forward to continuing with this teacher.

I can sincerely say that Florentina is a fantastic Albanian teacher; patient, experienced, and deeply knowledgeable. Lessons are carefully structured, engaging, and fully adapted to my individual needs, pace, and learning goals. Grammar concepts are explained clearly and effectively for English speakers, while mistakes are addressed constructively, ensuring steady progress. What sets the lessons apart is the focus on real-life language use, practical expressions, phrases, and conversation beyond the textbook, which makes learning both fun and highly applicable. Her passion and teaching experience are evident in every lesson, creating a motivating and supportive environment. I have learned a great deal in a short time and always look forward to the next lesson. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to improve their Albanian in a thorough and enjoyable way.

Always great. Florentina adapts her teaching and makes challenges. Albanian language is very difficult but zith her explanations it becomes clearer.

I’ve been taking Albanian lessons with Florentina for almost a year now and she is truly an amazing teacher. Both of my parents are Albanians from Kosovo and I have always struggled speaking the language (despite understanding it). She has been so kind and patient throughout all of our lessons, challenging me every class. You can tell she truly cares about her students and helping them reach their full potential. I never thought I’d reach the point of gaining more confidence in speaking Albanian, and I could not be more grateful to have found Florentina.
