Hello, I am an experienced teacher who has worked with high school students and given private lessons in different language courses throughout my career. During this time, I have developed my communication skills, such as interpersonal and intrapersonal communication. The reason why I want to teach is to share my love for my native language and its character, enriched by melodic sweetness, love and tradition that conveys, which characterizes it as one of the oldest languages in Europe.我的教學經歷
I consider myself as a passionate language teacher, and the opportunity to pass on my knowledge to the students that are eager to learn a new language and its culture and to make them feel free to express themselves is a new way to interact with others that have never heard of Albanian.我的課程內容與教學風格
My teaching style is to make my students feel comfortable, free to express their opinon and their language skills. The lessons are prepared based on the students needs and in which area they want to focus: reading, writing, speaking, listening. Also, Italki is an excellent opportunity to give lessons about the Gheg and Tosk dialects, for those who want to have a closer interaction with the albanian language.

So far, I’ve had a couple Albanian lessons and I’ve really enjoyed them with Florentina. She’s really good at explaining hard grammar and putting them into practical contexts and supplies great materials for you to use and learn from.

Florentina is very kind and patient. She’s been able to pinpoint where I struggle and creates lessons based on where we see I can improve. She comes to every lesson prepared with a plan and is open to any suggestions I may have. I recommend her to anyone trying to learn Albanian as she is very knowledgeable in both dialects. 10/10!

Florentina is very kind and focuses her lessons on personal goals. It is fun to learn with her and she is open to all questions / wishes. Role plays and different scenarios help me to communicate more confidently. She is incredibly helpful, especially as a Gheg dialect teacher!!
