Hello everyone! My name is Lydia. I'm currently working as an English teacher at an international school, and I also offer one-on-one tutoring in both Chinese and English.
I'm a native Mandarin speaker, and I got my bachelor’s degree and my master’s in China and the UK. So I'm fully bilingual in Chinese and English, and I’m pretty familiar with different cultures too. Lately, I’ve even been learning Spanish and Cantonese!
大家好，我是佳佳老师，我现在正在一所国际学校做英语老师，并且为学生提供一对一的中英文辅导。我是中文的母语者，本科和硕士先后毕业于北京和英国的大学。所以，我精通中英文双语，了解各国的文化，并且我最近还在学习西班牙语和粤语。
I have three years of experience in language teaching, covering both Chinese and English.
I started off teaching Chinese at an elementary school in Beijing. Later, while in the UK, I worked as a teaching assistant in a university language program, helping high school and college students with IELTS preparation. After finishing my master’s, I joined an international school, where I’ve been teaching English and working as a bilingual academic tutor in both Chinese and English.
我拥有着3年的语言教学经验（中文和英文）。我在北京的小学教授过中文，之后作为英国大学语言班的助教为高中生和大学生提供雅思的指导。在研究生毕业之后，我在一所国际学校教授英文，并且担任中英文双语的学术导师。
I’m really into music, movies, and traveling—I’ve already visited more than 20 countries. My parents are both in business and have taken part in the Canton Fair many times, so if you're interested in learning business communication, I can help with that too!
