Hello! My name is Ryan, and I am an American living abroad in Brazil with my lovely wife! I am a TEFL certified teacher, and I am a current language learner myself, learning Portuguese, so I understand the challenges of speaking a second language. I have 1 year of experience as an English teacher at a local school here in Brazil, and I am excited to meet you!我的教學經歷
I am from the south in the USA, and that means friendliness, patience, and hospitality in my lessons. I always try to make the lessons both fun and engaging, while bringing my culture and experiences into the lesson. I will be a great teacher for you if you want to learn some of the culture of the USA alongside the English studies, because I am a strong believer that a language is not just words, but the culture of the people who speak it.我的課程內容與教學風格
I use a communicative style that is designed for students to use English inside and out of the classroom. Each lesson, I will have a conversation with you, and as needed go through grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation exercises. Then, you will have some out of class activities that are designed to make you interact with English between our lessons, and build fluency. Each week we spend time checking your activities, conversing, and exploring the English language as a whole. My lessons are highly engaging and tailored to your needs.
