Hello! I'm Nana.
I completed 420 hours of training and passed the examination to obtain the only government-issued national qualification for Japanese language teachers in Japan.
I also have over 10 years of experience working as a software engineer in Japan.
I was born in Hokkaido and now live in Tokyo.
I also studied in Australia for a year.
I'd love to use my experiences to support your Japanese learning!
Besides teaching, I also love gardening and my rabbit🐇

わたしは420時間の研修を受けて試験に合格し、日本語教師の国家資格（登録日本語教員）を取りました。
また、日本のIT企業で10年以上、ソフトウェアエンジニアとして働いた経験もあります。
北海道出身で、今は東京に住んでいます。
オーストラリアに1年留学したこともあります。
これらの経験を活かして、みなさんの日本語の勉強を応援できるとうれしいです！

- According to italki's policy, rescheduling or canceling a lesson is not allowed within 24 hours of the lesson start time (non-refundable).
- I sincerely apologize, but I do not offer lessons for students under the age of 18.

登録日本語教員 - 文部科学省 (MEXT) - 2025This qualification is a national certification that proves the aptitude and ability to teach Japanese to foreigners at accredited Japanese language education institutions.
It was obtained by acquiring practical knowledge and skills through a Japanese language teacher training course and by passing the Japanese language teacher examination.

こんにちは Shira と申します！I’ve been learning with Nana-sensei for a few months now, and I honestly love her teaching style. Whenever I have questions or bring in problems from my textbooks, she kindly explains and discusses them in class. I highly recommend this class if you are at N3 level or higher, but struggle to speak at your target level like me. She will help you out a lot! :)
