I am a friendly and patient teacher with years of experience teaching Chinese part-time while studying in Korea. For many years, I have also been teaching both Korean and Chinese on online platforms. Xiaolei’s calm and encouraging approach makes conversational practice easy and interesting, she understands English well and gives good suggestions on how to phrase sentences when I get stuck. I would highly recommend her for improving spoken Mandarin. Also, her time zone allows more time options than China-based teachers which can be useful.

The strong points of her lesson are 'easy', 'interesting' and 'fun'. I'm taking her lesson three times per week. It's so satisfying. I can see my Chinese is getting better.
