Patty is a great teacher! She’s very prepared, encouraging, and makes learning Mandarin feel much more approachable.

She was prepared for the class and I really enjoyed learning Chinese with her. The material she prepared was very useful and comprehensive. She pronounced Chinese clearly and slowly for me to understand. I really liked the way She explains Chinese. Thank you for the class!

Ms Patty is an enthusiastic, patient and perceptive teacher. She understands my requirements and always comes into the class very well prepared. She also has good resources to aid my learning journey. Her lessons are well structured, so I feel I get good value, yet at the same time flexible enough for me to explores words/phrases/expressions that are of interest.

I learned about Taiwan’s Children’s Day overlapping with Qingming Festival for a two-day public holiday, terms for kids, the education system, and how to call women and men. The more I learn about Taiwanese culture, the more fascinating it gets. It’s all thanks to Patty for explaining it so well! Really enjoyed her class. Thank you 😊
