Maiko 先生’s classes are both entertaining and informative and the hour just flies by and I realise that I have actually spoken much more than I thought I was able to and also picking up important grammar points on the way. As someone with a busy schedule, this is the ideal way to invest my time in an effective manner. Highly recommended!

Ela sempre apresenta novas expressões e onomatopeias que não estão presentes nos livros e que os japoneses utilizam. Também conversa de acordo com o nível do aluno, tornando a conversa mais divertida.

Sensei's lessons are always fun and meaningful. We talked about how culture affects the use of language, and Sensei provided a step-by-step framework of appropriate pacing in Japanese communication, which is so insightful and interesting to learn! She is truly an insightful and gifted teacher in language and Japanese culture! Much food for thought!

Today we had practiced reading, I was able to practice and grasp the concepts in lesson 4 of the GENKI textbook! Learned many grammar points and new vocabulary, superb teacher who is very knowledgeable in teaching Japanese !

Maiko is always so patient and persist with the explanations, adapting quickly for you to understand it wether that is with writing yourself the examples or her giving you examples until you understand it. まいこさん、ありがとうございます :D <3
