Maiko

Today we had practiced reading, I was able to practice and grasp the concepts in lesson 4 of the GENKI textbook! Learned many grammar points and new vocabulary, superb teacher who is very knowledgeable in teaching Japanese !

まいこさんのレッスンはいつも楽しいです。 新しい表現やオノマトペを紹介してくれます。 教科書にない表現。日本人が使う表現。 私のレベルに合わせて会話をすることができてうれしいです。 これからもよろしくお願いします！ As aulas da Maiko são sempre muito divertidas. Ela sempre apresenta novas expressões e onomatopeias que não estão presentes nos livros e que os japoneses utilizam. Também conversa de acordo com o nível do aluno, tornando a conversa mais divertida.

Great and fun first lesson with Maiko-san. Learned several words that are used in the Osaka dialect. Nice to practice using these words. まいこ先生、めっちゃおもろいレッスンをありがとうございます！「あかん」や「せやけど」など、大阪弁のルールをたくさん練習できて良かったです。大阪のおばちゃんの「あめちゃん」の話や、お笑いの文化も知ることができて楽しかったです。

Maiko先生は素晴らしい日本語の教師です。いつも真剣にレッスンの準備をしてくれました。私のニーズに合わせて、とても上手に日本語を説明してくれました。レッスンの雰囲気はとても楽しいので、リラックスして日本語を学ぶことができます。授業は非常に勉強になるので、Maiko先生のレッスンを強くお勧めします。 Maiko is an excellent Japanese teacher. She always prepared thoroughly for the class. All aspects of Japanese were very well explained according to my needs. The atmosphere of her class is relaxed and ideal for practicing speaking skills. I have learnt a lot in her lessons and highly recommend Maiko as Japanese teacher.

Maiko sensei is a highly professional and gifted teacher. Along with free conversation, she gave great insights on effective Japanese learning. True to her profile, her lessons are intentional and go beyond just being fun—you walk away learning something new. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my lesson with Maiko sensei. We went through a few grammar structures and Maiko sensei provided example of how to use it casually and formally. She also provided some homework as well ☺️ really appreciate the effort Maiko sensei puts into our session. I learn so much!
