Hi, everyone! I’m Fréderick Peña (people call me Alex). I’m from Colombia, and I’ve been living in Medellín for a while. I’m a psychologist, and I enjoy listening to people and learning about different cultures, as well as sharing my own. Besides that, I also like practicing martial arts (Kung Fu), hiking, and dancing.

Learning a language is a process, and I believe the best way to do it is through immersion. In our lessons, we’ll focus on real-life Spanish by simulating conversations in different contexts and learning various expressions that are commonly used here in Colombia.
In addition, we can also work on expanding your vocabulary and improving your grammar through different exercises based on the topics you’re interested.我的教材

Fredérick is an excellent tutor. He’s especially good for people who are lacking confidence in speaking Spanish as his classes create a fun and safe space to make mistakes and to learn from them.
He also creates engaging lessons where you improve your vocabulary and discuss a real range of topics in depth. Finally he has a great cultural knowledge about both Colombia and Latin America. Would throughly recommend booking a lesson with him. :)

I've been taking Spanish lessons with Frederick for a while now and I've been really enjoying them. He's not a formal language teacher, but he explains things really clearly and makes learning fun. He's super attentive, creative, and often stays past the lesson time just to finish a game or conversation.
We talk about life, hobbies, and culture—he shares a lot about Colombia and is always curious about mine too. The classes feel relaxed and natural, like chatting with a friend while learning. Highly recommend!

Well, I finally found him, the perfect teacher for me. Fréderick is amazing, he has so much positive energy during our classes. We never run out of topics to discuss, he is always prepared, and above all, he keeps me talking. And talking is what I need to improve my fluency. And besides teaching Spanish he shows me so many things from Colombia, be it slang or traditional drinks, you name it. If you want a teacher that makes you laugh while you learn, he's the one. I can't wait for our next class. Highly recommend!
