Hello, aspiring English speakers! I am Elena, a dedicated English language instructor committed to fostering confident and natural communication skills in my students. With the combination of my multicultural background—born in Germany and raised in the UK for 16 years—and professional training, I bring both linguistic expertise and cultural insight to my teaching. My lessons are tailored for individuals seeking fluency, whether for professional, academic, or personal enrichment. Beyond the classroom, my interests include exploring AI governance and ethics, engaging in political discourse, and immersing myself in diverse cultures.我的教學經歷
As a teacher, I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when provided with the right support & encouragement, as well as being challenged. My goal is to make learning engaging, enjoyable and tailored to each individual student's needs. I am a patient and approachable teacher, who aims to create a safe space for students to practice their English without fear of judgement.
I personally believe in creating a fun & supportive learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves. My lessons focus on conversational English from a A2-C1 level, however, I can support also support you in your writing (e.g. live editing), reading & listening skills. 我的課程內容與教學風格
🌟 Lesson Policy
I want our lessons to be enjoyable and stress-free, so here are a few simple guidelines:
⏰ Rescheduling
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can. You can contact me up to 1 hour before the lesson, though I’d really appreciate 3 hours’ notice whenever possible.
🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows
If you can’t make it, just cancel through iTalki before the lesson starts. If a lesson isn’t canceled and you don’t attend, the lesson fee will still be charged.
⌛ Lateness
Don’t worry if you’re running a little late—I’ll stay available for the full booked time. Please note that the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.我的教材
