Since I’m going to Jamaica in three months, she created original lesson materials for me based on practical situations I’m likely to encounter there. I learned useful expressions related to reggae music and Rastafarian culture, as well as music terminology that will help me communicate with local musicians. Everything I learned was very practical and useful, and I’m truly grateful for the lessons.

The teacher is very gentle and always encourages me to speak up bravely. I really enjoy the topics and teaching style in class. The lessons are challenging and make me think a lot. I highly recommend this teacher!

Today's lesson, like all the others, was relaxed, full of laughter, and very useful. During the first part of the lesson, we had a conversation about how my day had been and what I had done during the week. In the second part, my teacher corrected my homework and wrote the corrections in the chat so that I could take notes in my notebook. She suggested more natural ways of expressing myself in emails and stories, as well as synonyms for various words I had used. I also really appreciate the fact that she is always teaching me new words through different exercises rather than through endless, boring lists of vocabulary.

I really appreciate teacher Abigail because she is calm, kind, and friendly. She takes my suggestions and needs into consideration, and she helps me achieve my goal.
