I'm Risa, a native Japanese speaker born and raised in Japan.
I love cooking, especially Japanese food 🍙. I am also an enthusiastic language learner myself, currently studying English and Thai. I also enjoy solving Wordle every night as part of my routine!
I have a background in marketing and international business, and I have spent many years working in global environments. I lived in Thailand for one year and Singapore for two and a half years, and I am now based in Tokyo.
I love meeting people from all over the world and can’t wait to hear about you while we study Japanese together!我的教學經歷
My lessons are designed to be a "safe space" where you can make as many mistakes as you need to—that’s how we improve day by day!
Learning languages truly changed my life. It became a lifelong hobby, gave me the opportunity to live abroad, and allowed me to connect with amazing people worldwide. Having passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test, I started teaching with the hope that Japanese can open similar doors for you.
I personally understand both the excitement of learning and the frustration of not being able to express your thoughts clearly. My goal is to support you so you can stay motivated and enjoy your Japanese journey every step of the way! 我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons focus on communication. I want you to feel confident and enjoy speaking Japanese!
■ For Beginners
I teach basic grammar step-by-step in English and help you practice using it in real conversations immediately. You don't need to prepare a textbook—I will provide all the materials.
■ For Intermediate & Advanced Learners
We will improve your Japanese through natural conversation. I will help you by:
*Correcting grammar and pronunciation
*Suggesting natural expressions used by native speakers
*Identifying your speaking habits to help you improve steadily
