Hello! I’m Suhyeon, a Korean tutor.
I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people from different cultures, and I’ve taken part in language and cultural exchanges with people from various countries for many years.
I also spent a year living in Canada, which broadened my perspective and deepened my interest in cross-cultural communication.
After returning to Korea, I joined the University of Toronto’s online Korean language exchange programs.
These experiences naturally led me to become a Korean tutor. I understand the challenges many learners face and truly enjoy helping them build confidence in their Korean skills.
I have a year of teaching experience and currently teach Korean on italki.我的教學經歷

- During my university years, I also assisted exchange students with their Korean.

I believe that the best way to improve a language is by actually speaking it.
That’s why in my classes, I’ll give you plenty of opportunities to speak Korean through role-plays based on real-life situations and conversations on various topics.
I’ll also correct your mistakes right away so you can learn the kind of Korean that real native speakers use.
