I’m 25 years old. I earned my bachelor’s degree in regional economics at university.
After graduation, I started working at a medical device manufacturer, where I’ve been employed for 3 years (and I’m still currently working there).
My hobbies include traveling, reading manga, and watching anime.
I also work as a Japanese language teacher on other platforms.

I believe that learning a language is like opening the door to a new world.
That’s why I always try to create lessons that students find truly fun and engaging.
I’d be very happy if you could also develop a familiarity with Japanese culture through the language.
Since I love manga, anime, and games, let’s include those topics and enjoy learning together!
If you feel nervous about studying Japanese, don’t worry — I make sure to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you can speak comfortably.

I have the GENKI textbook, so if you’d like to use it during the lesson, we can work with GENKI.
If you prefer free conversation to check grammar or pronunciation, that’s also very welcome!

Tomoya is helping me to succeed a future job interview. He is a very kind and helping teacher, and push me a lot to improve myself and learning new words. He is also very patient when im losing myself with complicated sentences.

I just had my first lesson with Tomoya-sensei and really enjoyed it. He is very friendly and easy going which makes the lessons fun. I learned a lot of new words from his lesson and I recommend him to other students!

I really enjoyed my first lesson with Tomoya! He’s super easy to talk to, and the conversation felt natural and fun. We covered a variety of topics, and I appreciated how curious and engaged he was—he asked thoughtful questions about my culture and my visit to Japan.
