Hey you! Thomas here 🙂
After leaving my job at the European Parliament, I took the leap into full-time teaching — and haven’t looked back since. With 250+ students from around the world, I understand exactly what it takes to help you feel confident in Flemish or Dutch.
But who am I, and why listen to me?
If you believe that language learning is about real communication, cultural fluency, and confidence — not just memorizing grammar rules — then you’re in the right place.
You can count on my deep knowledge of Belgian and Flemish culture to bring context and color to every lesson. I also create travel vlogs, so I bring a unique, visual perspective to language learning.

I’ve worked with over 250 students from around the world, and from day one, my priority is to make you feel at home 🏡.
My lessons focus on practical fluency, cultural context, and real conversation 💬. Having worked in international politics — and now preparing for a solo trip to South America — I understand how challenging (and rewarding) it is to learn a new language and adapt to a new culture.

We focus on speaking, listening, and real-life application — not abstract grammar rules that don’t serve real communication 🎯Every lesson is tailored to your personal goals 🎓
I combine science-backed teaching methods with a light-hearted, encouraging approach so you stay motivated, consistent, and engaged too.
We’ll practice real conversations 🗣️, explore Belgian, Flemish, and Walloon culture , and dive into whatever interests you — from food 🍟 and local traditions 🎉 to folklore and daily habits 🧼.
