Hi! I'm Abby, a Spanish native speaker from Mexico C:
I'm passionate about learning languages, exploring new cultures, and helping others improve their Spanish. I love connecting with people from different parts of the world through meaningful conversations and shared ideas. I'm a Community Tutor on Italki with one year of experience in language exchanges. I’m passionate about teaching and communication, I have one year of experience with language exchanges. I’m patient, empathetic, and I adapt to your pace and learning style. My priority is that you feel comfortable speaking and that each class becomes a safe space where you can practice without fear of making mistakes. Another great lesson with Abigail. I am really enjoying the way she structures the lesson. We start with a chat and some questions and answers. This allows me the chance to use the grammar and vocabulary I have learnt in context. Then we do activities that Abi has planned which are a combination of reviewing and learning new things. She slows down when I need more practise. I don’t feel embarrassed or stressed when I make mistakes or need help. She is very reassuring. I can tell that I am making progress.

Another fun lesson today! We practiced the present simple and present continuous, and I learned even more vocabulary about my daily routine. It’s finally starting to click, and I’m feeling more confident each lesson!

Another great lesson! We continued practicing reflexive pronouns and worked on describing my morning routine in Spanish. I learned a lot of new vocabulary, and everything was explained in a way that made it easy to understand. Really enjoyed the lesson!
