Hello,
My name is Damian, I'm a dedicated Canadian NES English teacher with a passion for fostering language skills and a love for literature. Recently I moved to Thailand, where I teach English at a private school. I really enjoy traveling to distant places as well as meeting the local people there. I love dancing and enjoy trying new foods that differ from Western cuisine.我的教學經歷
I am committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and communication with all of my students. I have over 14 years of teaching experience, where I have worked with people from various backgrounds and ages. For over 10 years I educated students inside a classroom at the Burnaby School District. Currently I am employed at a private school in Bangkok, where I am reaching my second year of teaching English. My English lessons are interactive, student-centered, and designed to build both language competence and confidence. I focus on developing the students' speaking and listening skills through a variety of engaging activities tailored to each student's level and goals. My teaching style is communicative and supportive, encouraging active participation, critical thinking, and real-world language use. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and motivated to improve. I achieve this matter through constructive feedback that is rooted in positive reinforcement.我的教材
