Hi! My name is Rossanna and I’ve been a nomad for over 12 years, living and traveling across several continents - mostly the Americas, Africa, and Australia. I’m fluent in French (my native language), Spanish, and English, and I’ve taught students from all over the world for over 2 years. Beyond teaching, I’m also a filmmaker and passionate about human connection, cultures, and storytelling. My goal is to help you feel confident and inspired while learning in a way that’s natural, enjoyable, and adapted to your rhythm.我的教學經歷
I focus on real-life conversations and building confidence step by step. I adapt to each student’s goals and rhythm - whether you prefer structured lessons or a more intuitive flow. I’m patient, encouraging, and I love creating a space where you feel safe to make mistakes and enjoy the process of learning.
My lessons are flexible and based on what works best for you. We can focus on speaking, grammar, pronunciation, or mix everything together depending on your level and needs. I like to build the lesson around real conversations, practical situations, and your personal interests. I offer two types of lessons, depending on your needs and preferences:
1. Conversation classes – These are ideal if you already know the basics and want to practice speaking. The atmosphere is relaxed and we can talk about anything: daily life, travel, culture, or topics that matter to you. I can also bring short articles, videos, or creative prompts to guide the conversation and make it more dynamic.
2. Guided lessons – If you want to improve your grammar, sentence structure, or focus on something specific like preparing for a trip or exam, we can create a personalized learning plan. These lessons include explanations, practice, and optional exercises or homework我的教材

Rossanna is the instructor I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to begin learning French from scratch, as I am currently doing. She creates an atmosphere where you immediately feel comfortable and confident, and every class is thoughtfully structured. Rossanna is the best teacher I've had in my life on any subject. I mean that with all my heart. Each hour with her absolutely flies by. She has every personality quality you could want in a teacher - intelligent, interesting, open, fun, encouraging, and kind. Her after-class summaries and exercises are robust and very helpful. I've never enjoyed learning so much. I could be a C2 in french and would still take lessons with Rossanna.

I highly recommend Rossanna for French!
I have been taking French lessons with her for a while now and she is an excellent teacher. She is incredibly encouraging and constantly focusing on the things I am doing well, while still stretching me outside my comfort zone - she is pretty much always stretching me outside my comfort zone. She is also very patient and willing to explain things over and over until I understand them.
If you are looking for a French tutor, I don't think you're likely to find a better one.

Rossanna is perceptive, patient, and easy going. She is great at correcting my mistakes within the flow of the conversation. And she has a really great perspective on life. I really enjoy our lessons.
