My name is Tan. I'm a Thai native-speaker who was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. I graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Currently I'm studying my masters in Operations and Supply Chain Management in Manchester, United Kingdom.
I find it very passionate to explore new cultures through travel, meeting people around the world, and I'm happy whenever I hear that tourists and foreign visitors want to learn Thai, want to deeply understand our culture, or even discover unseen spots or hidden gems that only the locals know.
I enjoy my time most by watching football, exploring new things, listening to music, and engaging in outdoor activities.我的教學經歷
I used to teach Thai high-school students as an extra tutor whose major is German as a second language, who want to improve their grades in school, preparing for an coming exchange year, or who need German to apply for the university. 我的課程內容與教學風格
My teaching style is friendly, easy-going, and of course JOYFUL! I don't want to bring you into the situation where picking up a new language needs to remember all the rules and grammars. They are going to block you from one of the most beautiful and interesting languages in the world. I'm patient and generous so I can make you successful for whatever reason you want to study Thai from a scratch to the one who is confident in using Thai.
Anything could be a lesson, based on what you prefer to know and understand. It will be ranging from daily conversation, viral clips from TikTok, or Economics and Politics news. I will provide you some tips to learn Thai faster.我的教材

My Thai is getting better after every lesson with Tien. He explains things very clear and encourages me to speak and has alot of learning material for my level and interests. If you want to learn how to pronounce words and read words correctly then I highly recommend Tien as a teacher! Every lesson is fun and also highly educative. Plus he knows some German (er erklärt ab und zu ein Wort auf Deutsch anstatt auf Englisch.) which helps me to understand things better. He is one of the best Thai teacher!!
