I live in South West England, in the county of Devon, and I love spending time in nature, learning languages, reading and playing piano.
I am very passionate about learning different languages and the benefit and enrichment it brings in terms of improved memory and focus, cultural competence, oppoutunities for volunteering, flexible thinking and transferable social skills. Recently, Ukrainian and Persian have been of particular importance to me, and I also studied Spanish at university to a C1 level.我的教學經歷
I have been teaching since autumn 2023 and I always love to have the chance to help my students express themselves and gain the confidence and skills to get their ideas across to people. My experience in learning languages myself is an integral part of my teaching and for me it is vital to share my experiences with students so they know I appreciate their position and will be able to teach them both with empathy and tried-and-tested strategies.我的課程內容與教學風格
I aim to help all students feel simultaneously relaxed and motivated and I offer a wide variety of lesson types, always personalising my lessons to each student. Lessons focus on a particular skills or skills until a certain level has been reached, upon which a new focus can be chosen. I give my students timelines of their expected progress and cover all topics and skills, ranging from pronunciation, vocabulary expansion and listening comprehension to understanding of the culture beind the language.我的教材
