I am Dea, and I hold an academic background specialized in language teaching and linguistics, with a PhD in the field. For years, I've been passionately dedicated to education — working with students as well as future foreign language teachers, including at the university level, where I’ve had the opportunity to train those who will one day teach others themselves.
I have degrees in Italian, Latin, and Ancient Greek, and I’ve studied various modern languages — both out of passion and to be able to communicate with people from around the world. I strongly believe that each language is a key that opens cultural doors and fosters deep human connections!我的教學經歷

I’m creative and original in designing playful, interactive activities — qualities I find essential for building a calm and stimulating learning environment. When I’m passionate about something, it shows: my enthusiasm is contagious! I love to involve, motivate, and turn each lesson into an opportunity for both growth and joy. At the same time, I’m a practical and efficient person: I’m goal-oriented and determined, but never at the expense of enjoying the journey. I have been taking lessons with Dea for a couple months and I have been highly satisfied with the lessons. Although I started with an intermediate level of Italian coming into my first lesson with her, the amount of new things I have learned has only continued to increase. Dea is a very detail oriented instructor and provides extremely useful immediate feedback in every lesson.
