I am Laura, a psychologist, artist, and broadcaster. I was born in Medellín, Colombia. I love words: their stories, etymology, and the cultural richness they contain. During my undergraduate studies, I created a book club to analyze literary classics. My reflective, creative personality and tendency to find the positive side of things make me deeply enjoy sharing my knowledge of the Spanish language.我的教學經歷
As a psychologist, I understand that every student learns in a unique way. I have taught watercolor painting in English, an experience that has made me more empathetic toward my students. Through active listening, methodological adaptability, and understanding of individual needs, I make my classes enjoyable and the learning environment a safe and effective space. My strengths lie in creativity, dedication, and the ability to adapt my teaching to each personality. My classes are based on practical examples and connections to your everyday interests. I use texts, art, movies, and deep conversations so you can see Spanish in action, not just in theory. My strategy: ask questions that connect you emotionally to learning, because when the brain finds personal relevance, it retains better. My goal is for you to feel ownership of the language, understand the logic of Spanish, and gain confidence to use it fluently.我的教材
