我叫Derrick ，一位熱愛語言的在日港人。
I've nearly 3 years of experience tutoring English, with a background as a chartered surveyor.
有近3年英語補習經驗，擅長為不同程度學生度身訂造課堂（旅行、實用、商業、會話皆可！）
3年ほど英語を教えた経験があり、ご要望に応じてレッスンを行っています。
I've been living in Okinawa for 3 years, so I can teach you real-life Japanese, not just those in textbooks!
I speak 4 languages and always do my best to adapt to your language needs.

I’m excited to learn new phrases every week that will help my trip to Japan. I am trying more to speak in Japanese, even if I start the sentence and don’t know how to finish it. Derrick先生 is very patient!

初めてのレッスン素晴らしかったです！Derrick先生 was a fantastic teacher, encouraging, and patient when my internet went down. I loved the interactive and structured formula, as opposed to just one-way explanations. It was good fun too! I highly recommend！

Another great lesson with Derrick-sensei! I am learning a lot of important phrases prior to my trip to Japan. He allows me to speak and encourages me, even though my grammar is wrong, plus my confidence is low, but I am trying more and more to speak in Japanese! Very patient and friendly, and is sharing interesting nuances about the honorifics too. いつもありがとう！

Derrick is an amazing teacher. He is very nice, patient and great at explaining meanings and concepts. I also love the materials he brings to the class.
I cannot wait to have more classes with him and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to learn Japanese.
