I really enjoy reading books and traveling. I'm very curious about different cultures and history, and I love having in-depth conversations with people. My personal experiences help me teach students not only the Korean language but also knowledge about Korean culture and society.
My goal in class is to help you feel the joy of communicating in Korean, rather than seeing it as a difficult task.我的教學經歷
I’ve taught Korean to adult learners from various countries, with levels ranging from absolute beginners to advanced speakers. Many of my students are learning Korean for study, travel, or just for fun—and I always tailor my lessons to meet your goals and interests.
I enjoy helping intermediate and advanced learners who feel stuck in a "plateau" with the right input and support, it’s totally possible to break through that wall!我的課程內容與教學風格
I offer two distinct teaching styles based on your learning preferences.
1. Structured Learning: Textbook-Based Courses
This approach is for students who want a clear and systematic learning path. We will build a solid foundation from the Korean alphabet to grammar. We focus on active practice and real-life conversations, so you can apply what you learn immediately, instead of just memorizing.
2. Fun & Immersive Learning: Content-Based Courses
This style is based on the Comprehensible Input (CI) method. I will use content like K-pop, webtoons, and YouTube videos—to help you naturally absorb the language. This is a low-pressure, fun way to build your language intuition and fluency.我的教材

I had so much fun during the lesson! Dajong chose amazing materials that really immersed you in everyday Korean life. I really like them! She gives me feedback on the materials and provides precise explanations if I have any difficulties during the lesson.

My lesson with Dajung was very nice and enjoyable. I was a little bit worried because I am a total beginner, so I knew we would have to communicate in English, but everything went very smoothly and there were no misunderstandings. Even after the first lesson, when we studied the alphabet, I felt that I had learnt a lot. I am looking forward to the next lesson.
