Hi there, my name is Lilach.
I’m a 36 year old native Hebrew speaker, from Israel, currently traveling around Portugal. Since a young age, I’ve always been enthusiastic about speaking different languages and expanding my horizons.
I believe that curiosity and being a good listener can make our world a better place to connect.
I have a great passion for music and found my love for languages through songs from around the world. This exposure was a great method for me to extend my understanding and practice, which is why it became my favorite path for learning. To me, words and grammar are only one aspect of learning because to truly understand a language, one must understand the culture.我的教學經歷
I’m a big believer in speaking only Hebrew if you truly want to become a Hebrew speaker.
However, I also speak fluent English, basic French, and basic Spanish — so feel free to take a breather and make sure you understand in any of those languages.
I want you to feel extremely comfortable practicing Hebrew with me — you can say anything you want, about any topic.
At the same time, I’ll gently correct you and make sure you understand the terms and rules you need to know. You should always feel free to make mistakes -this is the only way to learn.
Being comfortable with messing up is all part of the journey to becoming a Hebrew speaker :) 我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons will be adapted to your speaking level (begginers, intermediate, advanced)
First class is an introductory lesson - getting to know you + understanding the level + adjusting the lesson method according to the best way in which you catch language (visual, auditory and repetitive).
The lessons we'll include syntax, tenses, bodies and vocabulary,
We will combine this with an experiential experience of learning Hebrew through singing, reading articles, preparing food, and anything else you are interested in trying.我的教材

Lilach is an amazing teacher. She makes learning fun and interactive. She met me at my level and didn't overwhelm me, even though I'm a beginner. I really enjoyed this class with Lilach! Time went by too fast, and next time I want to book at least 45 min. Her style of teaching is very encouraging. She clearly loves hebrew, and I liked how she included fascinating insights also from the culture to the lesson. I felt like I learned so much more than just basic vocabulary.
