Hi, I am Hannah. My Korean name is Hye-Rin. I grew up and studied in South Korea for most of my life. I have been living in Seattle for 4 years. I am currently a student studying business. I brought my dog with me from Korea 4 years ago. I like hiking and exploring nature, and meeting new people. One of my biggest interests is to learn languages and other cultures. I'd like to learn Spanish, Chinese, and other languages!我的教學經歷
As a bilingual speaker, I know learning can be challenging from the start, just like you! To me, the most important thing in learning a language is pronunciation. Korean has a unique sound system. I can give you easy, clear guidance how to pronounce like a native Korean using International Phonetic Alphabet and materials. Also, I would like to ask about your proficiency and goals for all subjects(writing, reading, listening, and speaking) and customize the study plan according to your preferred time frame. The session & teaching style depend on you. Before the class, I would like to talk about our plan for the sessions out asking your preferred studying material, time frames, and targeted subjects such as speaking or reading. I can pick the best textbook to achieve your goal, or I can share the dialogues or materials in advance of the class. If you want to test your vocabulary out, I can give you the flashcards and quiz during the sessions.我的教材

My first class with Hannah was really fun! She made me feel super comfortable and was very encouraging. We talked about my learning goals and she showed examples of her work with other students to give me an idea of her teaching style. I’m so impressed with the work she put into our first lesson.
