Heyhey,
my name is Fridi and I'm 29 years old. I grew up in central Germany, and I currently live near Frankfurt, but I enjoy travelling and moving around a lot.
I have a Master's degree in Linguistics, and I'm passionate about learning new languages and meeting new people! :)
I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities: hiking, camping and swimming in cold water. I'm also passionate about sustainability, yoga, mindfulness, and creative and artsy things. I'm always eager to learn new things and develop new skills, and I'm open to interesting input! :)
I started teaching German a little over a year ago and I have been teaching adults from different countries online as well as in person. I always try to make my students feel safe and welcome to speak up and try to express themselves in German and to learn the language in a fun and interactive way.
My classes are personalized to your specific needs and wishes with a focus on communication and real life scenarios. I try to include fun activites that will help you practice specific topics.
Depending on your wishes, classes can include:
- casual chats about topics that interest you
- grammar instructions and different games and exercises to practice grammar topics
- vocabulary practice through quizzes, role play games
