Hello, I'm Rhys, a professional teacher from the UK with 6 years' experience teaching English and Welsh for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. I have a Bachelor's degree in Welsh and Spanish, I hold a PGCE specializing in the teaching of international languages and a Master’s degree in Politics. I have taught Welsh, Spanish, and French in UK secondary schools through the medium of both English and Welsh.
Both spoken and standard written Welsh are crucial for any learner of Welsh, whatever your reason for learning. My Welsh degree provides me with the expertise to help you master standard Welsh so you can access news articles, official announcements and everything in between. I taught Welsh second language at a UK Secondary school for one year.

The placements were Welsh medium schools where I taught Spanish, French and Welsh first language. This allows me to teach as a secondary school teacher in the UK.
