Hello and thanks for clicking on my profile! My name is Timo, a native German speaker who recently moved back to Berlin. In my free time I do all kinds of things, like running, studying Japanese, watching shows on the internet and much more.
Having me as your teacher is all about YOU, meaning your own needs, interests in topics and pace. As a neurodivergent-friendly tutor with 2 years of tutoring experience, I welcome anyone to book a lecture with me. In the past, I tutored German and math for one year and mentored a coworker in the field of IT for another year.

I'm a rather energetic but patient teacher who values positive encouragement. To me, it is important to let you feel achieved, which is why I will make sure to move at your individual pace.
In case you are neurodivergent don't you worry. To me, it is okay if you may be forgetful, unorganized or have trouble focussing. I will do my best to get you to your goal, step by step. 我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons are always centered around my students' interests and needs and will be held at their individual pace. I like to begin lessons by checking on your emotional wellbeing and a short recap of our last lesson.
Feel free to bring a topic you would like to work on! Otherwise, I will have a topic prepared. I like to vary between reading exercises, writing exercises and free discussions. Sometimes, I will also present you a small quiz to check on your vocabulary retention.我的教材

Timo is an excellent tutor. He’s patient, easy to talk to, and always helps me express myself more naturally by suggesting better ways to phrase things. I’ve learned a lot from his corrections and explanations. He’s also a genuinely nice person, which makes every lesson enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their language skills.
