Walking for a while on this globe now. I'm a social expressive introvert.
When I lived my adult life in Ghent - a multicultural city that probably partly shaped me - I worked or volunteered in social-cultural-educational environments. I took care of an older ex-test beagle dog and had a few babysit places.
In my free time I followed art classes, had a coffee on a terrace with friends, chilled in cosy parks or on my balcony growing flowers and plants sometimes edible.
Out of curiosity & physical & asthmatic issues, but also because of urban gentrification and pre post pandemics, I became nomadic. Discovering a whole new word unlearning things and discovering linguistics and slow life.我的教學經歷
🌀 I want to add that the first part of my video is in Dutch and the second part is in English.
As a volunteer I did help with homework for children with an immigrant background & etc.
And I tend to search & go for a cosy, playful and safe environment where space is for slow learning.
As due to my own health issues I know how brainfog and other cognitive impairments can make it more difficult to absorb new info.
And I would like to make time to find a way around that.

Ik werk wekelijks met Kathleen om mijn luistervaardigheden te verbeteren.
Ze bereidt een verhaal voor en ik luister ernaar. Nadien beantwoord ik vragen. Ze helpt me ook met mijn huiswerk van de NT2-school. We praten in het Nederlands. Als het nodig is, kunnen we in het Engels praten, zodat de les niet te moeilijk is. Zo kunnen we altijd duidelijk communiceren. Ze is geduldig en vriendelijk.
