Marc is my first and only German teacher met on italik. After having the first class with him, I knew this is the right person I need to improve my German speaking. He is patient, passionate and encouraging. The best thing is that he has many experiences on leaning a foreign language, so he can always quickly understand my learning situation. After two months classes with him, I could feel that my progression is very obvious. Basic conversation in German is not a big problem for me anymore. I really enjoy every classes with Marc and if you want to learn German, with all levels, I highly recommend him as your private German tutor. Viel Spaß!

We talked about a lot of different things today. There is never a break in the conversation, and Marc helps me to keep talking. He gives helpful corrections, but always wants me to correct myself before he tells me the correct way. Then we practice a few more times before moving on. Marc is always laid back and easy to get along with!

Marc is really awesome in many ways! Not only is he a great teacher, but also a very fun and easygoing communicator. I started from zero knowledge of German, and only after a few classes could already compile simple sentences. I definitely felt rapid improvements under his tutorship.I like his teaching approach. Basically, he makes you talk a lot, which is the fastest way to learn a language. Each class with Marc is a joyful experience! I recommend him with absolute confidence. So, thanks Marc! My 1st trial on Italki and it was a great 1st experience! Marc was excellent and found some good starting points for me. Also gave some great advice for me starting and reassured i was definitely in the right direction for learning Deutschland. Definitely recommend 10/10!!
