Hello! Iโm Gabby, a New York-based ๐๏ธ English teacher with 11 years of experience. ๐ฉโ๐ซ Growing up in an Italian-immigrant ๐ family, I fell in love with how languages connect usโso much that I completed a double major in English and TESL/Spanish/French by 19, even creating my own ESL textbook. ๐ฉโ๐ ๐ But my greatest joy in life is helping others. For over a decade, I've helped thousands, both in person and online, and of all ages, levels, and backgrounds to improve their English. I've spent 4,800+ hours teaching children from Asia online, many of whom progressed from beginners to native-like speakers. ๐ฏ Working with children has given me a patient and gentle approach that all students appreciate. ๐งธ I've also helped college students ๐ to prepare for semesters abroad and professionals increase their fluency to advance their careers. ๐ผ Additionally, I bring an extensive knowledge of writing and grammar to my teaching.
