Hello, I’m Kazumi😊
Let me introduce myself. I’m from Gifu Prefecture, Japan, and I currently live in Aichi Prefecture. I also lived in Tokyo for over 10 years!
I have more than 10 years of experience in singing and acting. I’ve won singing contests and appeared in Japanese dramas . I also have over 10 years of experience in the food service and sales industries ✨
People often describe me as cheerful, friendly, and easy to get along with😊
My hobbies are watching soccer and other sports, and enjoying delicious food.
Currently, I teach Japanese to adults aged 18 and over, covering the basics, conversation, and useful Japanese for travel ✨Let’s study Japanese together😊我的教學經歷
I currently teach beginner-level Japanese learners (N5 and N4).
I truly enjoy teaching and find it very rewarding! 😊
Since I’m also studying English myself, I understand both the fun and the challenges of learning a new language.
I always aim to create lessons that motivate each student, encourage steady progress, and provide a safe space to practice speaking with confidence. 🥰

Since I would like you to be exposed to as much Japanese as possible, classes will basically be conducted in Japanese.To make the lessons easy to understand even for beginners, I use gestures and slides with illustrations.If necessary, you can communicate in simple English😊

I have had a total of 3 lessons with Ms. Kazumi so far as well as others booked in advanced. Kazumi is professional, nice, easygoing, soft spoken and considerate. I enjoy her lessons that I hardly notice an hour has gone by. Lessons are done in Japanese, which I love because immersion is key, if I do have trouble she does communicate in English if I make any mistakes. I feel as I am getting a grasp on the Japanese language day by day along with the help of her instructions. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to start your Japanese language journey!
I look forward to completing all of Genki 1, and continuing my Japanese language journey with Ms. Kazumi with Genki 2.

I learned several grammatical points through lots of oral practices which were very helpful. I also learned some new words through the repetitive sentence practices.
Teacher was very helpful and nice, also gave students lots of positive feedback!
